The Elizabeth Gray-Carr Team approachs the marketing of real estate in a highly professional manner. While the State Of South Carolina only mandates a single 2 week course to obtain a real estate license, our team members strive to learn all they can in order to better assist our clients. To this end, Elizabeth, Amy and Gia have each earned at least one advanced degree.
Accredited Buyers Representative
The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR®) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYERS AGENT Council (REBAC) of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS® who met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
The criteria are:
- Completed the comprehensive two-day REBAC course in buyer representation
- Successfully passed a written examination
- Demonstrated a practical experience of having completed five closed real estate transactions in the field of buyer representation.
- Received recommendations from two of the real estate practitioners buyer clients.
- Be a member in good standing with the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®
REBAC is North America’s largest association of real estate professionals focusing specifically on representing the real estate consumer. There are more than 33,000 active members of the organization throughout the United States and Canada. REBAC awards the ABR® and the ABRM designations.
Of the over 1,600 currently active agents serving Anderson, only 42 have completed the ABR requirements - and our team has 5 of those.
Certified Relocation Expert
Established in 1990, the Employee Relocation Council's Certified Relocation Professional designation (CRP™) has quickly become a symbol of professionalism within the relocation industry. The CRP™ designation formally recognizes those who have mastered an extensive body of knowledge on the principles and practices of relocation, related disciplines, and laws governing and affecting relocation.
In order to obtain the CRP™ designation, an individual must pass a comprehensive exam that covers relocation issues related to corporate policies, appraising, real estate, legal considerations, and family concerns. Only those relocation professionals who have demonstrated a minimum of two years' experience dealing with relocation issues are allowed to sit for the exam. Industry professionals who have earned the CRP™ designation are dedicated to expanding their knowledge in order to provide the utmost in service and quality to today's transferees and their employers.

What is the Employee Relocation Council?
The Employee Relocation Council (ERC) is a nonprofit professional organization committed to the effective relocation of employees worldwide. ERC's more than 10,000 members are corporate, military, and government relocation managers, relocation service providers, real estate appraisers, and real estate brokers.

Certified Residential Specialist
The Council of Residential Specialists is:
- A not-for-profit professional trade association established in 1977, that serves over 40,000 top producing residential realtors.
- The largest affiliate of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
- An education service that works to increase the knowledge and professionalism of residential real estate agents by offering over 250 residential real estate, two-day courses across the country every year.
- The organization that awards the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation
Certified Residential Specialists (CRS Designees) are:
- Experienced realtors who have completed advanced professional training and fulfilled elective credits such as a bachelors, masters, Ph.D in real estate or selected other NAR professional designations.
- 5% of all realtors, yet are involved in 25% of all real estate transactions.
- An elite group of over 35,000 Council members that are spread across the country.
- Active members in their local realtor board.
- Realtors whose median income is $44,500 more than the typical realtor's median income.
