In slower markets, we try all kinds of non-traditional ways to help people buy and sell homes. One idea we’ve tried is bringing the right buyer and seller together to trade homes.

It was close, but 2010 ended with a slight increase as 1,356 homes were sold in Anderson County, beating 2009 by 25 homes.
