OK – I finally got our blog moved over to the new website! Sorry for the delay, but I guess it could be worse…

We’ve gotten lots of good feedback from everyone on the new site. A couple of visitors have given me some good ideas, and I’m trying to make changes as quickly as I can. Here are a couple:

On the Neighborhoods page, for those subdivisions we have restrictions for a link is available that opened a window to view the PDF version of the restrictions. I had a couple people say the window was too small and not resizable. So I have changed the link to open up in a new browser window that you can maximize, minimize or resize to your hearts content.

Others have pointed out the frustration of going through two or three or more pages of listings, clicking one to get the details, then when you hit the back button you’re back at the first page! I certainly agree with that, and am working on a way to save your place so when you go back to your list of homes you’ll be where you left off.

I have also added a few restrictions to our list. They include Devon Run, Brittany Park, Smithfield and Inlet Pointe Cove - all neighborhoods where we recently added new listings. If we don’t have restrictions for a neighborhood you’re interested in, please email me and I’ll try to get them added.
