The only job that Elizabeth has held her entire adult life is that of full time real estate agent. She's helped over 1,500 families make the transition from old home to new home, and there's absolutely no substitute for that kind of experience. While each transaction is unique and involves a different cast of buyers, sellers, inspectors, lender, attorneys and more, Elizabeth has learned over the years what to do and what to avoid to make your home buying or selling experience a smooth one. Born in Garden City and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Elizabeth settled in the Upstate in 1990.
Tom Carr
Technology / Marketing
After years in the technology industry, Tom joined his wife full time in 2000. He is responsible for creating and updating our award winning website, as well as maintaining our network of computers and other equipment. He also visits each new listing to take photographs and virtual tours, and adds your home information to various websites such as Realtor.com, REMAX.com, Trulia.com and Zillow.com. Tom graduated from Appalachian State University with a degree in Finance, so he also handles our accounting functions.

Tina is an expert in residential real estate providing exceptional service to her clients. Licensed in South Carolina and Georgia, she offers extensive experience with 11 years in the industry and 9 years as a RE/MAX agent. While she specializes in selling property on Hartwell Lake, she is one of the area's top agents in Anderson residential sales as well. Tina's role on our team is to represent buyers and sellers as a Realtor Partner. Buying and selling a home is easily one of the most important financial decisions you will ever make. Tina's clients describe her as patient and professional, qualities you will appreciate when making a decision of this magnitude. Tina is a 1987 Graduate of the University of Georgia. Lauren is a Broker Associate and an Accredited Buyer's Representative. Lauren, a lifelong resident of Anderson, holds her Associates Degree in Business Management. She is licensed in both South Carolina and Georgia in order to best serve her clients and she works as both a listing and buyer's specialist on our team. Lauren and her husband Jeremy and their two sons Graham and Raine have lived on Lake Hartwell for many years and enjoy boating and fishing. While representing buyers and sellers he goes the extra mile with personal service and his experience to insure all transaction go smoothly. Once you've decided to hire The Elizabeth Gray-Carr Team to market your home, Cathy goes to work for you! She works with you and your agent to implement the EGC Team marketing plan from inputting the details of your home into the Multiple Listing Service to preparing your home flyers and brochures. She will also be in close contact with you helping with home showings and feedback, letting you know where your home is being marketed both online and in print, and making sure interested agents get any additional information their clients may need. An avid horse enthusiast, Cathy lives with her husband Pete, her four horses and two dogs.
Tracey Demer
Closing Coordinator
Tracey's main objective is to make sure your home closing goes without a hitch. But to make that happen, she has a lot to do before closing day. Tracey puts herself at the hub of the transaction, working with the buyers, sellers, real estate agents, attorneys, mortgage brokers, home inspectors and more to keep everyone moving in the right direction. Her 10+ years of experience in the real estate industry will be an invaluable resource for you. Tracey has lived in the upstate since 1990. She enjoys spending time with her children, Haley and Matthew.
